How to book a party
For booking a party you click on the rental option you would like and prepay for the space by filling out the information and adding the option to your cart. The food options can be paid for on the day of the event, or you can prepay for them as well through this page by adding the quantity to your cart if you are prepared with the number of guests you will have. Cancellation policy for the Private room party is a non refundable deposit of $50 for the Whole building rental it is a non refundable deposit of $100. Which would be refunded by an e-transfer to the email provided. If wishing to pay by cash we can also do party room rental payments at the store just stop in and talk to one of our employees and they can help you out. If there is already a time slot reserved we will work with you to plan a time slot that can accommodate your needs for your day as the party rentals are a 3 hour time slot.
Outside Food
Because we are open to the public and responsible for monitoring allergies the only food items allowed in the space for the the private party room rental is a party cake and goodie bags if handing them out. Most of the event guests roam around the building and if proper handwashing is not monitored there could possibly be a trace of a food item left behind for another patron to pick up. If you are renting the whole space and there is no other patrons in the building you may have the option to bring in your own food items as we will arrange to clean the whole space before opening back up to the public. Just let the event planner know that you will be bringing in items

Private party room rental is reserved for a private space for up to 15 guests to enjoy their own space but also allowed to roam the cafe and enjoy the other game options available. Room rental includes game play up to 15 people.

We have a few food options to add on for your group, please plan this with your party host to prepare and time it out according to your needs. Combo includes your main item along with a slushie and a treat. Pasta combo includes garlic bread as well.

Building Rental for up to 27 guests

A great way to throw a private party with your own guests in your own space. Rent the whole cafe to yourself and have the freedom to play what ever games we have to offer. The whole cafe can be rented for an office party or gathering, Holiday get togethers, business meetings. Be the highlight of the year. Its a great team building activity for your staff and family. Food options are available as well same as above or we can arrange for some other personal options please discuss with your party host.
